Children In Need - Christmas table arrangement

Not all employees at eFlorist HQ are florists, some of us (me included) are new to the art. So when 7 places were up for auction for employees to take part in an in-house floristry school (in aid of the BBC's Children In Need appeal), we jumped at the chance of having a go.

Sarah Clerke, eFlorist’s IT Project Manager and former professional florist, set up the day school to demonstrate how to make a Christmas flower table arrangement.

Top Tip: Make sure you keep the foam topped up with water so it doesn't dry out. The foliage will most likely last longer than the flowers so simply remove any that are wilting and replace with fresh flowers.
