Fusion Flowers Magazine are following up last year's first, successful Fusion Flowers International Designer of the Year competition, and have opened for entries in this year's competition. Designers are invited to submit a portfolio of four, very different pieces of work (only one portfolio per designer).
The new categories are:
1 8th Wonder of the World – design your own wonder of the world!
2 Fusion Fashion – bejewelled – create a fashion item e.g. hat, dress, jewellery. It’s up to you.
3 Facets – Free Expression.
4 White on White – a bridal design. The bridal design could be a bouquet to a pedestal arrangement, table decoration to body wear, car decoration to hair decoration - it’s up to you. Submissions for this category will be considered for inclusion within Fusion Flowers – Weddings magazine.
The overall winner will receive a trophy together with £1,000. Entries close on 30 June 2011.
