The eFlorist team pull together to ensure customer satisfaction on
Mother’s Day 2012
When there were a number of last minute Mother's Day flower orders on Mother's Day itself, the eFlorist GM rolled up her sleeves and made bouquets to ensure that Mums were not left disappointed on the day. The bouquets were then personally delivered by members of staff from eFlorist HQ.
Lorraine Key, eFlorist GM, herself a fully qualified ex-florist, said:
“We’ve had a really successful Mother’s Day and appreciate all the hard work that our florists have put in behind the scenes to ensure that Mothers and Grandmothers across the country have not been disappointed and that the good wishes from their families have been conveyed via beautiful, florist-made, personally delivered bouquets and floral arrangements.”
