Tim Huckabee trains eFlorist via the Internet

Last week’s webinar for eFlorist by Tim Huckabee, well known sales trainer and motivator, went down a storm.

After a few technical ‘hic ups’, Tim started his up-selling webinar. Tim advised florists in this Valentine’s Day focused webinar, not to think of the seminar as ‘about selling but about listening’.

“When talking to customers be positive. Never end on a question but on a full stop. And sell descriptions not prices. Remember once a customer has bought a luxury product, they’ll never go back!”

Simple and common sense ideas really.

“And don’t forget the finishing touch – add-on sales,” he added. “Remember add-on sales aren’t about your personal preference or choice, and they up the average order value.”

With so many florists listening in, the webinar wasn’t interactive throughout. Instead Tim opened the webinar at the end for comments.
