Sunday 10th February sees the start of the Chinese New Year.

On the first day of the new year you need to make as much noise as possible to chase off evil spirits, traditionally with fireworks and firecrackers. More importantly, it’s a time to visit the eldest and most senior members of your family, a time to decorate your home and give gifts to those you visit.

Red is a very much a prominent colour in Chinese New Year celebrations - it's a symbol of joy, virtue, truth and sincerity. Our firecracker bouquet makes an ideal gift to give at this time or to simply bring a bright a burst of red to your own home.
